I cannot say enough great things about my experience here! First off, it was my first time coming to the dentist in my adult life. I took my time doing research looking for a dentist, because I truly was nervous to be a big girl and go to the dentist by myself lol. Last thing I wanted was to be uncomfortable or deal with any not so friendly staff. I'm sooooo thankful to have come across this dentist. I had my first visit three weeks ago and I have already recommended this dentist multiple people. My first green flag, was their customer service on the phone - very polite and warming. Everyone is very sweet from the front desk, Joanna - all the assistants - my dentist (Dr. Berhe) - and hygienist, Pamela. 🫶🏽 🫶🏽 the vibe is so comfy with their music and good energy - they even offered me a blanket while waiting, which I thought was the cutest touch. On top of everyone being nice, I felt so relieved to get my teeth taken care of (judgement free), it was a very smooth experience/process. These ladies take their time to thoroughly explain and go over everything to make sure you can take it all in and comprehend information. I really appreciated every detail of their care - 10/10 💕

I have had nothing but positive experiences here. From the front desk, to the insurance/office manager, to the dentist and supporting staff. This is my family dentist office going forward. Part of the reason is that they are open on the weekends, and with kids in school that is a major plus.

I had the best experience, they are so kind and accommodating. I had an emergency and the very next morning Dr Eddie preformed a root canal. I'm so grateful to have found this place. All the staff is so friendly and helpful, I will go here indefinitely and would recommend to anyone who might need their services!

Amazing customer service. The doctor listen to me and was very careful with my dental work. He took precautions to make sure his work was getting done correctly. I was also guided to apply for credit to be able to pay for my dental work, it was easy and quick!

The BEST Dental experience I have ever had in my life! Sensitive to patient's needs and concerns-- emotionally, mentally and definitely a FINANCIALLY. I wish I had known about them alot sooner! I highly recommend them and I don't tend to make recommendations. Excellent Bideside Manners.
