WE REWARD GOOD DEEDS!

This contest is open to any youth under 18 years of age.

Simply do what the title says "DO A GOOD DEED" and tell us in a short essay what you did, why you chose to do it, and what happened as a result. 

All entries must be received by October 16, 2008                                                      

Winners will be announced on November 16, 2008 at 1:00 PM

Please mark your calendars now for events coming up in the fall:

• Nov. 1-4: Candy buy-back. Do your teeth a favor and trade in your trick-or-treat bounty for cash.

• Nov. 10-24: Thanksgiving food drive for the Glendale YWCA Shelter.

• Nov. 16: Annual Good Deed Contest awards. Children are encouraged to write essays on a good deed they have done, and the winners will receive prizes, which in the past have included computers and iPods.

• Dec. 1-29: Holiday toy drive

In addition, throughout the year, we host free Emergency Treatment Days, sponsor youth sports teams and promote dental hygiene to children through school visits and field trips.
